Missing Punta Gorda
The real estate stumble or crumble better put......has coaxed us temporarily out of our idyllic life in Punta Gorda. And now I can only experience it from afar with fond memories and wistful longings to return. The capsules we receive from friends and neighbors in the form of notes, emails, clippings et al whisk me back there for moments at a time like today when while cleaning out my deleted email file I serendipiously came across a note about a website neighbors had created during their sailboat trip reminding me how easy it is from Punta Gorda to hop on a boat and and let the wind blow you away to destinations only dreamed about...
