Punta Gorda Children's Art Show and Auction -- Benefitting Sallie Jones Elementary

The art work of children can be truly amazing.  You only have to glance through the pages of the Children's Global Art Gallery to see the marvelous creations of artists only 5, 8, 11 years old.

This Thursday, March 25, from 5 to 7,  at Sunart Gallery & Presseller Delicatessen, children's art will be featured and for sale at the third annual fund raiser for Sallie Jones Elementary School for special area departments.  The children's art will be on sale for fixed prices as well as being offered for silent auction. A live auction with Punta Gorda Chamber's own John Wright as auctioneer begins at 5:30.  

During the evening there will be performances by Sallie Jones Sizzling Tigers Jump Rope Team,  Drama Club, and SJES's Chorus with a guest appearance by Charlotte County Symphony's Maestro, T. Francis Wada. 

It will be a great evening to support the arts... so vital to our culture... so vital to our children.
