Kim Nickelson-Devine and Tom Cavanaugh will be assuming the seats on City Council now held by Charles Wallace and Harvey Goldberg. They were the only ones to file for the respective positions for District 1 and District 4 Rachel Keesling will also continue on the Council next year for District 2. She was the only one to file for this District. Because there were no opponents for the these districts, there will be no election and these candidates will be sworn in on November 7.
