Looks Promising -- Deena's Delectables
A new sign popped up recently on East Marion where the old Encore Tea Room once was -- the lovely little British spot with nice lunches and afternoon tea. I'm checking into it but could only find a facebook page with a few posts https://www.facebook.com/pages/Deenas-Delectables.
In any event, the sign promises an October 15 opening. Looks like a promising place to check out.
Meanwhile, some of our favorites have disappeared including the Cuban Restaurant on Taylor.
We're also getting questions as to when the new restaurant in Benedettos old place is to open up -- no sign of it yet -- will be checking out.
