Table 209 has announced that a new chef, Chef Susi (Susanne) Koch will be taking over the kitchen on Monday Nights. Chef Susi is current Assistant Chef at the restaurant.
Chef Susi comes from a small town east of Leipzig, Germany and has cooked at many fine hotels and restaurants throughout Europe. Susi has been given complete control over the Monday night German menu. She has created a traditional German menu with her own personal flair. She is putting the final touches on that menu which will be unveiled this Monday night.
