This weekend's special events include the world-class sailing regatta on Charlotte Harbor and events surrounding it at Fishermen's Village, plus a number of special concerts including Marcille Wallis and Friends' Celtic Salute to Robbie Burns, an acapella chorus with over 100 voices, and a world-renouned Native-American flute performer.
