Gobble Gobble -- VIP Turkey at Gallery Walk in Punta Gorda Tonight and More.

“Thanks for Giving,”  is this month's  Gallery Walk theme.  Organizers are asking that you bring non-perishable food items when you visit their businesses all through November. The food will be delivered to the pantries following Gallery Walk, for folks who might need some help during this holiday season.

Among other Thanksgiving events  going on tonight at gallery walk tonight will be the appearance of a VIP Turkey at Centennial Bank at 5:30 p.m. to beg for his life.   He will argue with Mayor Bill Albers and other City Council members to stay out of the roasting pan.  Guests will be offered wine and cheese while the turkey pleads his case.  Paul Cottrell will be there with music and various artists will be capturing the event.

Free gallery walk game cards will be available at any of these participating merchants: Creations Gallery, Swiss Chocolate+, Sunart Framing and Gallery, Sea Grape Gallery, Peter’s Knife Shop, River City Grill, Jack’s Restaurant, 20/10 Optical, Creative Circle Studio & Gallery, Valentina’s & Rustic Gatherings, Galleria Antiques & Collectables, Landmark Realty, Big “D” Chicago Eatery, The Yoga Sanctuary, Florida Gulf Coast University, Harbor Style Magazine, A New Beginning Hair Salon, Pilates for Life, Centennial Bank, Closer to the Vine.
