Your Punta Gorda Weekend

Lighted boats will float on Charlotte Harbor this Sunday night, best viewed from Fishville or Laishley Park (more details), while Saturday at the Charlotte Event Center,  the annual Mistletoe Ball will light up the harborside for this charity event to raise funds for the Homeless Coaltition.    And for your Friday and Saturday evening entertainments, possibilities include:  

Friday, December 14

At Fishermen's Village Center Stage: Freemont John 5-9 pm,
At Harpoon Harry's: Zombie University from 9 p.m.
At the Slip Not: Blue Mason Barter Company from 8 p.m.
At the Punta Gorda Elks: Anything Goes from 6:30
At Deans South of the Border: Copperhead from 9 p.m.
At the Celtic Ray:  Have Gun Will Travel from about 7:30
At Trabue:  Maury Dewey (keyboard/singer)



Saturday, December 15

At Fishermen's Village Center Stage: Up the Creek 5:30-9 p.m.
At Harpoon Harry's: Zombie University fro m 9 p.m.
At the Punta Gorda Elks:  Anything Goes from 6:30.
At the Slip Not: JJ McCoy from 8 p.m.
At Deans South of the Border:  Riverside Band from 9 p.m.
At the Ice House Pub: Kollections from 8 to 11 p.m.
At the Celtic Ray: Flurgin 7:30 p.m.
