Bill Albers, Punta Gorda's Mayor, reported in his weekly report that the restaurant space at the old Benedettos will be filled with a "Hurricane's Bar and Grill" a franchise specializing in wings and burgers. They expect to be open before season.
Hope he means Hurricane Grill and Wings, which has a website with a menu posted. It looks good: http://hurricanewings.com/menu/. Will be checking further on this one.
