Your Punta Gorda Cinco de Mayo Weekend starts off with the a Splash


The Guy Harvey Shark Challenge comes to Charlotte Harbor kicking off today at Laishley Park/Marina.  And Punta Gorda offers lots of entertainment for visiting fishermen and locals on this Cinco de Mayo Weekend 

Friday, May 4

At Fishermen's Village Center Stage:  Angie and the Perfect Gentlemen entertain from 5-9 p.m.
At Harpoon Harry's Smack Daddy from 9 p.m. 
At Biehl's Slip Not  The Crashers  from 8 p.m. 
At Dean's South of the Border: Ground Zero  from 9 p.m.
At the Perfect Caper: Live Jazz'
At the Punta Gorda Elks: Sundown
At the Celtic Ray: Comedy with Jarred Harris
At Trabue: Michael Hirst plays guitar and sings James Taylor and more 6:30 to 9:00
At Closer to the Vine: George Kachmar   7-10 p.m.

Saturday Night,  May 5
At Fishermen's Village Center Stage:  Michael Hirst performs   from 5-9 p.m.
At Dean's South of the Border:  American Made  from  9 p.m. (Claudio B starts to Cinco de Mayo off at 2 p.m.)
At Biehl's Slip Not Tight Squeeze from 8 p.m. 
At Harpoon Harry's:  Smack Daddy from 9 p.m.  
At the Punta Gorda Elks: MC2  6:30 to 10:30 p.m.
