City of Punta Gorda issues a Code Red as Tropical Storm Issac Approaches

The City of Punta Gorda has issued a Code Red. If you are not registered to receive a Code Red alert from the city, basically they directed you to the following page on the city website:

The message said you could cross-tie your vessels in the canal system and also gave you the 24/7 Charlotte County non-emergency help/resource number:
