New Italian Restaurant to open at Pressellers Location
Sadly one of our favorite Punta Gorda restaurants for lunch has closed. Pressellers Restaurant has been sold, to be reopened around Nov. 1 as Carmelo’s Italian Ristorante. Food will be traditional Italian and there will be entertainment on the weekends. The new owner is a Sicilian-born chef with experience with the old Mamma Nuncia's (now Phil's 41) and as an executive chef in St. Petersburg.
